Oregon solar rebates in 2027: what's still available
Which incentives are gone, which still work, and how much they're worth for PGE and Pacific Power customers.
- Oregon-owned since 2009
- 3,500+ systems installed
- Updated November 4, 2026

The short answer
In 2027, the main solar incentive for Oregon homeowners is Energy Trust of Oregon, for PGE and Pacific Power customers. The 30% federal credit for homeowner-owned systems ended in 2025, and the state's Oregon Solar + Storage Rebate is fully reserved and closed. A federal credit still applies to leased and prepaid-leased solar placed in service by December 31, 2027, and utility battery programs pay customers who enroll a home battery.
