Yes. The SolarMax Warranty is transferable to a new homeowner during the warranty period. This can be a selling point to potential buyers if you decide to move.

What happens after my SolarMax Warranty ends?

After your SolarMax Warranty period ends, your system's major components are still backed by manufacturer warranties — 25 years on solar panels and 15 years on batteries. A service call charge will apply after your SolarMax warranty period ends.

Do I pay for service calls during the SolarMax period?

No. For covered issues during your SolarMax warranty period, there is no service call fee. If we need to come out to fix a covered issue, you do not pay a separate visit fee.
